The Water Project - The Missouri Swim
Water is one of our most precious and rapidly dwindling resources.
We have one of the most amazing, beautiful bodies of water in the world flowing right through our lives.
What is our relationship to the river?
Could it be more enlivening?
What is our stewardship of this major resource like?
In The Missouri Swim I will swim/float down the river from Freedom Park to the Lewis and Clark Landing in an attempt to reconnect our imaginations to this utterly astonishing body of water that flows right through our lives each day.
Of course, we can have a party at the landing if I survive (and even if I don't).
